Christ the Savior Russian Orthodox Church is located approximately 14 miles south of Huntington in Wayne, West Virginia and is under the jurisdiction of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia (ROCOR).
Visitors are welcome. All services are in English.
SERVICE SCHEDULE
On Saturday, September 4, Fr. John Moses will serve Vigil.
On Sunday, September 5, Fr. John Moses will serve Divine Liturgy.
Also at 9AM on Sunday, September 5, the baptism of Elijah Fahey.
GENERAL PARISH SERVICE HOURS
Saturday: Vespers to begin Vigil - 6:00 PM
Sunday: Hours and Liturgy - 9:15 AM
Pre-communion prayers will be read on Sunday before Hours.

The founding of Christ the Savior Orthodox parish is the culmination of decades of prayerful and hopeful groundwork by parishioners, who tried for many years to maintain a local witness of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia in this part of West Virginia. The parish held the first Liturgy in it's newly constructed Church on March 17, 2002.
